About

ABCS is faith-based, non-profit social service ministry that serves the full spectrum of Arizona families, from unborn babies to seniors.

Arizona Baptist Children’s Services & Family Ministries (ABCS) was founded in 1960 by Arizona Southern Baptists as a home for displaced children. Nearly 60 years later we now have seven ministries with one mission: to provide hope and care to hurting children and families through Christ-centered ministries. ABCS is faith-based, non-profit social service ministry that serves the full spectrum of Arizona families, from unborn babies to seniors.

Families today face a multitude of stressors and challenges that can sometimes be overwhelming. ABCS ministries are focused on providing practical help to meet those needs. Our goal is to share the love of Christ with each person we come in contact with as evangelism is the common thread of our ministries.

We strive to live by the ABCS Core Values:

  • Honor God in all we do.
  • Build relationships through trust and respect.
  • Be a good steward with what we have been given.
  • Do everything with excellence.
