We need your help to continue serving all the families who come to the centers each day for food.

Due to the government shutdown and uncertainty around programs like SNAP, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of people in the food lines.

Now, as November begins, there is even more concern about food benefits. We have already been forced to make our food boxes smaller for our distributions to avoid having to turn people away.

Without additional support, we will soon have to start turning away the people who are visiting our resource centers for support. The Bible urges us in 1 John 3:18 to show our love with “actions and in truth.” You can do that today by giving a special gift to feed a neighbor in need.

Even when the government shutdown ends, the challenges for struggling families will not end immediately. Missed paychecks, delayed benefits and depleted savings will have ripple effects that last well into the new year. Many families will continue turning to the Augusta Resource Center, Caring Ministries, Casa de Amor and Rio Vista Center for help as they work to recover and regain stability.

Your generosity helps provide emergency food boxes, hygiene items and care to those who need it most. Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus to families who are struggling during this uncertain time.

Your gift—no matter the size—brings hope, food and the love of Christ to families across Arizona.
